Unexpected things happen. If you have ever been on a longer sailing trip you will most likely have many stories to tell about crew being seasick, injured or not available due to other circumstances. Sometimes crew has to leave your boat for other reasons. Your business will be affected seriously when a key team member in a leading position is absent and cannot manage the team.

In cases where you cannot let the leadership position vacant until a new candidate is found using my services might be the choice to “bridge” the gap and keep sailing.
